Terms and Conditions:

The following are the terms and conditions of Handmade Castings. These are the conditions on which we do business with you the “customer”. These terms apply to any goods provided by Handmade Castings and apply to any way in which you made a booking. (social media / website / telephone / email etc)

 

1.      Pricing

1.1      Prices for goods are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of Vat. 

1.2   Handmade Castings reserves the right to withhold the goods and / or terminate this agreement if the total price is not received from you in full on time in cleared funds.

 

2.      Terms of Payment and Cancellation

2.1.     The deposit  is due when you make a booking. £50 deposit and the remainder is due on completion but before delivery or collection.

2.2 A full money back guarantee is offered if you are not satisfied with the final product. Discounts are not offered and the goods will remain the property of Handmade Castings unless full payment is received.

3.      Collection and Delivery

3.1.     Once the goods are completed Handmade castings will arrange a suitable time for you to collect your order if you had a studio appointment or deliver your order if you had a home visit.  All finished goods will be available for up to 3 months from your appointment date. We cannot hold items after this time, if the final collection date is exceeded the goods will be disposed of.

3.2.     I will not send framed cast goods by courier as the completed works are too fragile.

4. Home Visits

4.1 Travel expenses will be charged for if you are out of my free travel zone - please enquire with your postcode. Any  additional charges will be agreed with the customer before the appointment.

4.2 Home visits are required to take place in a room with hard flooring.

5. Images

5.1 Images remain the property of Handmade Castings. If you would prefer your photos not to feature on our website or social media pages please let us know via email.

6. GDPR

6.1 Handmade Castings do not sell or pass on any information given. We will only use your information to contact you about your enquiry or product.
